二,Suspension clamp for ADSS
Product introduction
. The suspension clamps for ADSS hold and hang ADSS cable on the suspension towers or poles
. According to the span length , there has different optional configuration:
Fig 1. Recommending for span length within 100 meters( small clamp with rubber inserts)
Fig 2. Recommending for span length within 50 meters( helical rods with ring thimble)
Fig 3. Recommending for span length 100~150 meters (clamp body with rubber insert, protection rods-inner layer)
Fig 4. Recommending for span length over 150 meters (Protection rods-inner layer, clamp body with rubber insert
with helical rods assembling-outer layer)
. The connecting fittings(U-shackle,twisted eye link) will be included according to the requirements
Products specification
- All clamp body : Aluminum ally; Inserts: Rubber
- Helical rods (Fig 2): Aluminum clad steel
- Protection rods -Inner layer :Aluminum alloy wires
- Helical rods for assembling the clamp -outer layer: Aluminum alloy wires
- All connecting parts (U-shackle , twisted eye link,bolts nuts etc.) :steel , hot dip galvanized
- ADSS Suspension clamp for short span within 100m
Application:
span length ≤100m ,turning angle<10°,one set for each suspension tower/Pole;
The broken strength>10 KN, The slipping strength>1.0 KN
